Devastating storms ripped through the southern United States April 28th, 2011, leaving more than 340 people dead and communities crippled in its wake. Then, on Sunday, May 22, a powerful tornado ravaged parts of Joplin, Missouri, killing 141 people. A 198 mph tornado tore a path a mile wide and six miles long straight through Joplin, Missouri devastating all in its wake.
We were unable to go to assist, but we were able to supply the teams with the supplies needed to take to the communities. They took food, personal hygiene products, water, adult diapers, cleaning supplies, etc.
We give God all the Glory & Praise for the Blessings He allows to us to receive, so that we can help those in need. We thank Horse Cave Baptist Church for taking the supplies to the needed area. May God continue to Bless you all as you Serve Him.

Alabama
We were then able to assist New Horizons Baptist Church with their Mission Trip to Alabama. Alabama is in a different level of need. They are now in the process of rebuilding.
New Horizon sent an empty 53′ ft tractor trailer to pickup much needed items for their Alabama mission trip. We were able to send pallets of various types of light fixtures, cleaning supplies, toilet seats, sinks, mask, purell, water, food for workers, baby food, etc.

We Praise God for every item that had been donated to Putting Prayers to Action, so that we can continue to be God’s Hand & Feet to communities in need. I want to Praise God for supplying, not only our needs for our Mission Trips, but providing for other Mission Trips. God wants us to work together in Unity whether in church or just supporting & encouraging each other in Christ. When Christians, Churches, & Faith organizations realize, we are One Body of Christ and start working Together for His Kingdom, together the world will be changed with Mercy, Love & Grace through Christ Jesus, Our Lord.
