PPTA was formed by the personal trial’s of the founder’s, Bryan and Tina Decker and their sons, Trace and Brennen. Before realizing that the ministry had already begun around them in providing care for those that God now allowed them to see and acknowledge the same hurt as they had been encountering in their personal life.

#PPTA Missionaries to the Appalachian Region
As God molded our testimony into the ministry it is today, we realized that He allowed us to go through the struggles so we could empathize with the families. God has allowed us many years of building relationships with our families and our children. I value and treasure each one. Life in the mountains is hard. Many of our families have no running water or electricty. Many of our children are sick due to poor nutrition and poor water conditions. God has placed a deep love and passion for His mountain people in our hearts. We love our Appalachian children and our families with a protective love and passion that can only come from the Father.
We serve children and families across the Appalachian region.
