PPTA provides the tender loving care to the children throughout the Appalachian Mountains region with needed family assistance and community support. PPTA offers volunteer opportunities for “Putting Prayers to Action.”

PPTA is a 501c3 nonprofit which is family owned and volunteer operated. PPTA provides the services to all children and families who are affected by the areas vulnerabilities. These services are provided free to anyone who needs them, regardless of their background. For example: the Decker Family usually pays the overhead of the service and the cost associated with the PPTA services. The average cost of a single package at the postal services varies between $25.00 - $50.00 per package.
